Why did I do it.........

So, upon walking into the pro shop today, I hear 'Mike, I've got the the 913 in stiff 9.5 or 10.5 for you to try.' Took out the 10.5 with the the blue diamana stiff shaft and absolutely loved it. Driving has always been my biggest issue, today was a revelation. Definitely taking it out again to make sure it's no fluke. Only problem is, it's £250 and I'd want the matching 3 wood!! Such a lovely driver to hold, shaft didn't feel too long which is something I always comment on when using woods, sits lovely at address with the nice black head and goes like a rocket when hit well. My bad ones weren't as wild either. Anyone else got one?

Great club! I liked the blue Diamana shaft, but the numbers were better with the rip phenom! I was lucky enough to get mine curtesy of Golf Monthly, hence the reason I could get the 3 wood as well.... The 5 wood came as a surprise from HID....

They are great clubs.....

Be careful, try the fairway woods before buying. They are not as easy to hit as the drivers.

I've got the 913 with a 60g Adila RIP shaft, tis a brilliant club. I tried the 3 metal to match but I wasn't getting it as far as my R1 3 wood. I know the TM 3 metal has a a slightly longer shaft which may account for the extra distance, but why change when what you have does just as good as job if not better than something new.

Mind you I did change the TM rescue, for the equivalent Titleist hybrid/recue and that was chalk and cheese, with the Titleist being the far far better club.
