Who uses iron head covers?

Is it true that you use a electro mechanical powered device to convey your clubs rather than just not being lazy and carry them?
Silly iron covers are nothing compared to lazyitis!! ;)

Brendy,

With me thats ageitis and knackeredbackitis. But it's cool.

So you are old and hunched over, use electronic aids to get you round the course yet can give grief to those that want to prevent bag chatter to the rear of the clubheads? :D
Next thing you'll be telling me is that you wont buy premium balls, have some sort of gps device and a bagful of hybrids? :D:D

Depends on what sort of bag and contents you carry with it, golf is 4 hours round, it shouldnt require anything more than a pencil bag, spare glove, half a dozen balls, unberdoodle and a few tees.
Take your 60deg and one of your hybrids out too and it'll be a lot lighter too!

I'd be on the floor flat out if I had to carry 14 clubs for four miles

Well I am old compared to you, not hunched over, fit as a flea, not obese, probably carried a bag for more years than you will . My only GPS sits between my ears,, I play ProV 1 x balls, I have a hybrid as I am able to hit it well, still a Cat 1 golfer and if I say it myself still pretty cool.

Now, Mr pencil bag. Full bag too much for you?

I have two sets. Both Protekt. That k must be terribly uncool. I keep the spare ones with me beige trousers, where my bus pass and pipe live.

I had no idea that they were so important in determining how uncool I was. I thought they kept the clubs protected and quiet in the bag. Oops must dash, the Archers is on...

Hence the smilies, but see how easy it is to stereotype someone? :) (another smiley).

BTW I carried a mizuno leather tour bag for 6 years before discovering stand bags.

I thought it was a good bit of friendly banter and fun, just about everyone understood that. Well not everyone, someone always has to turn up and change the mood. Oh! :)

Half a dozen balls

Ha ha ha ha ha ha wait until you see me spray them around

Seriously though I couldn't really carry a bag of sugar round , have a really bad back and I guess I shouldn't be playing golf but that's not an option so push trolley it is

If you do use covers, PLEASE find some way of fastening them to each other.
Every pro shop in the land has a box next to the counter full of head covers
