Who can mark cards for first handicap?

Stuck my 3 cards in and the handicap chairman has entered them in, how long does it take to get worked out? Says pending on England golf. Cheers

Once your scores are entered, you will get your new handicap the next morning.

I can see three scores on there now but it's only showing the best one as counting. Assume that'll update over night too.

With three 18 hole scores entered, your handicap index will be the best score differential to one decimal place of the three minus 2 strokes.

Score differential = (Adjusted gross score - course rating) x 113 ÷ slope rating.

Depends on what day the Handicap Chairman is in the club to do the admin.

I certainly would not expect any body to do such admin on a Sunday so maybe Monday at the earliest. If they are a volunteer it may be later.

Looks like you did have somebody working before Monday.

I think I was still half asleep this morning. Not the only one I got wrong.
