bought a 12 degree titleist driver as want to test against my 9.5 degree as pro told me it's too low for my swing. Was going to buy the head but ended up same price buying driver with L-shaft, wrench and headcover so thought I could sell these on individually.

Keen to try for a laugh what it would be like swinging a 40 gram shaft- i'm guessing an ultra smooth tempo to even get it remotely straight.

I swing at about 96-101mph depending how flexible I am that day..... I am guessing the shaft is likely to lag behind until after impact so high spinny shots to the right is that correct?

Or is it more likely to release earlier and over take quicker for snap hooks?

No definite as the human element of rescuing shots will come into play(flipping and so on) but if you played your stock shot and let the ball ride I would expect the club head to stay open and the ball to go high and right.
