Which Hybrid you got?

I have a W/S fybrid and a Callaway.
Both are good but if I was buying tomorrow I reckon Taylor Made or Ping would be the choice for me.

I use a Nike SQ 15 degree hybrid. I really like it as I can get a great ball flight out of it from most lies.

Sounds nice too.

Ash!!

Thanks for all your replies. I did try a Tippexmade burner tonight at the range. It was a reg shaft with 21 degrees so not really what I was looking for but it went ok. Will try the desired loft and shaft tomorrow.

Dont discount the Ping i15.....This is what i have and at 21 degree's it knocked my 5 wood out of my bag as it was easier to hit and longer....

I tried the G15 but couldnt hit it for toffee.

lol, good luck trying them,
I have a nike victory red 21 deg, I dont really get on with hybrids for some reason, they all seem to have a big high draw when i play them, then they draw a little more, I would like one that fades!!

Back to my 3 i for me!

Cleveland DST Launcher. 20.5 degrees. so easy to hit. Stuggled for ages to get anything to go over 200 yards of the dec until I got this free with my new irons. I have a Taylormade 19 degrees 2009 hybri and I can't hit it off the deck although its supposed to be the bees knees and one of the best ones out there. Time to sell it me thinks.

I recently got a 910h 21deg version and I absolutely love it.
Previously had the Tm rescue 09 which was nice but fancy'd a change so tried the Tm rescue2011 & Wilson Fybrid they didnt even come close to the 910h.
Its a worry that I now hit it as far if not further as my 5 wood!(G15) Maybe need to have a think about the fairway woods now!

Ping G10 18 degree, prolaunch red stiff shaft with a load of lead tape on the bottom of the club to get the swingweight up to D4.Great low flight which is superb in the wind.

I Did get a Mizuno CLK but the flight way way too high, no good in the wind at all.

Also have a Mizuno Fli Hi 18 degree which I use from time to time.

I haven't got one but I'm having a re-jig this year so I may replace my 3 iron with one and take the 7 wood out also.

Well well. Tried a few hybrids. The Ping i15, 909h, 910h, Burner Superfast, JPX800, Cleveland Launcher, Nike VR, Wilson Staff and last years Taylormade rescue TP.

Managed to whittle that list down really quickly to be left with the 909, 910 and Taylormade TP. Seemed to find the sweet spot easier on these three. Next to go was the Taylormade TP. Wasnt as straight as the titties.

So down to the 909 and 910. Think there could only be one winner.

I am now the owner of the 910h 17 degree with stiff Diamana Kai'li. So easy to hit. Poker straight. Can be shaped easily. Very very long.

Now time to work on the missus for the 910 driver. If its anything like the hybrid then it must be awesome.

Over the moon with my purchase. And for any northeners, Snainton Golf is well worth a visit. Packed to the rafters with gear. Nice driving range so you can see your shots properly. Cafe and 9 what looked like a pretty basic, short 9 hole course.

Then into Scarborough for fish and chips. Cracking day!

Chris

sounds like a pucker day

the 910 range is very nice, shame I am sking

currently have a 4h yonex xc+ stiff shaft & 5h cobra baffler tws

going to scrap both and go for a 2h (hopefully a 910h) and use my 3 & 4 irons once they are regripped :)

If you see anything by Adams, try it,superb hybrids.
Massively underated in this country for some reason.

I wonder why?

I know my reason.....

I tried 3 or 4 hybrids with a launch monitor, the Adams I tried was a disaster. I'm not saying they're bad, but something was wrong.
