I see a couple of threads show as moved, but where to?...scardey cat town or somwhere?

If a thread gets moved it is either because it has gone downhill or it has been posted in the wrong section. If it has gone downhill then it is placed in Moderator access only area to assess if and what infractions are to be given and if it is cleaned should it be put back to be continued or not if it is likely to cause further problems.
