As above, to the middle. I'd just add that for dog-legs they measure from the didtance point to the centre of the turn in the fairway and then to the centre of green in two straight lines, not as the crow flies.

If you want to make your own measurement go on to google earth/maps, you can find the tool to measure it yourself. I've found it useful for measuring dogleg distances on my home course.
