That's very obtuseYou're creating causality where there is none.

Wee Jimmy would have problems pissing anything against a wall because [sorry to surprise you] he is a woman in boys clothing.![]()
I find it hilarious we are here arguing about the EU wasting £150m (for clarity I agree it is a waste), when by the Bank of England's assessment we have so far lost circa £80 Billion, as a result of the vote in June 2016. https://costofbrexit.netlify.com/

Not everything on the internet is true.
Did you look at the date, its a year old and forecasting on a no deal back then. We have voted for a Withdrawl deal and will start trade negotiations. We have not spent or lost that money, its exaggeration.Try https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/...n-800m-a-week-warns-bank-of-england-qg8s6ltkt
Plenty more similar reports, if you care to use Google.
I never mentioned anything at all about EU spend of £150m per year. Yes it seems a waste of money but if it was deemed important as part of the set up then so be it. Plenty of stuff around the way the UK parliament is run that might seem excessive - perhaps like having two fancy chambers in a building that will cost a kings ransom to refurbish - one with over 600 members the other with 800.So you agree £150m per year is a waste of the EUs money?
I have, and the first sentence is clear, Brexit has cost Britain £800million a week since the referendum". It went on to simply say that a no deal would make it worse.Did you look at the date, its a year old and forecasting on a no deal back then. Wishing something bad doesn't make it so either.I have, and the first sentence is clear, Brexit has cost Britain £800million a week since the referendum". It went on to simply say that a no deal would make it worse.
For the record I sincerely hope the country makes a success of leaving the EU, but unfortunately all the available points me in the opposite direction. Wishing something to be true doesn't make it so, but it appears to me that is all we gave left now.
Quite possibly he is, but if all of those things are improved upon during this governments tenure that would be positive and I am sure the PR machine will tell us!You're creating causality where there is none.

So you recon Brexit (Which hasn't happened yet) is costing the country £41 Billion a year, maybe you can show where that's spent then?
Was thinking exactly that, in 3 or 4 years time when we maybe back to pre referendum levels of growth etc we'll be told how good an idea it really was , when the reality is we'll just be back somewhere near where we started.Quite possibly he is, but if all of those things are improved upon during this governments tenure that would be positive and I am sure the PR machine will tell us!

Perhaps you should try reading what I said, I am not wishing it to be bad, it is the evidence that leads me to believe it will be. But then facts and truth are conspicuous by their absence in this debate.

Not surprising as we have no facts about the future?
None
No-one knows what's going to happen.
No-one
Remainers will guess and leavers will guess, they could both be wrong. It all depends on who you talk to.
but nobody actually knows for a fact, its all guesswork.
In my view it's the uncertainty of the future felt by foreign companies that stops them investing in Britain.
And that uncertainty is laid firmly at the door of the remainers.
Leavers are optimistic and looking forward to a bright new future and wants the whole country to get together.
The remainers just want to talk about doom and gloom and the split in the country caused by their negativity.
Unbelievable
