When the drivers on the naughty step??

Well as the title suggests ,I’ve gone from being solid off the tee with the big stick to losing majority of my shots with it (you can’t score with 3off the tee)my iron play has been solid lately right down to 4 iron Just when ever I pick the big stick up it’s unpredictable I thinking of getting a power sort of hybrid ie 17deg or similar as I’m hitting my irons so well .
What do others use as a back up when the driver is not happening what’s your go too?

My home course is a links course so always battling the wind so maybe thinking the lower loft hybrid may be the ticket and more forgiving than a 2iron .

It’s not the driver it’s the way your swinging it.
I go to 5 wood then 3 wood then back to driver .
If that dosnt work then to the pro.
