When and will i ever return?

When i worked in the Med centre at the pit. Two things I never wished upon anyone. Stress and bad backs. Coz you literally could not see it, you were taking the mick. If you had suffered from either then people could relate.
Re backs, how long is a piece of string. What I will say Is that Trev who I play with has been doing yoga stretching exercises. He has come on leaps and bounds. He does them every morning and is now pain free. Said he felt a right div when he first started doing them. Odd thing is we were talking about a recent MOT he had at the Drs last week. He said he don't class his stretching exercises as Exercise. I told him to stop doing the exercises then and see how he is in a months time. As daft as it seems. His swing is a hell of a lot better coz the fat lad is more supple.

From personal experience of back problems, I found some short term relief from chiropractic solutions, but always reverted to soreness when stopped.
I went to see a highly recommended physio a couple years back because the issue arose again with the back, he did some work on the area, but most important for me, he gave me a plan of exercises to follow, most can be done at home, I use a trx and a ball during the plan. Seen him twice, had some hands on work, but mostly sorting the right stretching and training. For me, this ahas made the biggest difference by far, I have a much stronger core and my flexibility has improved, still have stiffness and soreness at times, but I always try to do my stretching and it helps.
If you can I would def recommend seeing a good physio and getting a plan to follow to build your core as it will take some of the strain off the back.
