What's your choice of ball and why?

do you stick to the same ball all the time ?do you find it helps with consistanty?if so what ball do you play and why?.i been using srixon ad333 tours lately even though I like them they just don't seem to have the same stopping power around the greens as the pro v1x which I normally play.

Pretty much any of the premium balls. At present there's Titliest, TM and Callaway in the bag. I play whichever comes out.

Usually Callaway "Supersoft" (which I like very much) but I am using Bridgestone B330RXS at the moment as they were available at a ridiculously low price the other week at Golfdepot.

Getting on okay with them but I find they don't stop quite as quickly on the greens as the Callaways although they do feel a little better off the putter.

I found the supersofts too soft off the putter couldn't get the feel for them at all .interesting to see what others play 👍

I was "okay" with them until I tried these Bridgestones and it may (may) have just highlighted this too.
I do seem to be putting more consistently with them.

Titleist ProV1 for me.

Now the greens are a bit firmer and faster it'll be anything with a bit of spin and feel. Currently Z Stars and some Pro V1s waiting for when they have gone.

Tend to use the same ball mainly for consistency - especially around the greens. For me it's a case of trust in terms of knowing what the ball is going to do, especially with chipping and putting. I used to use a harder ball in winter (Titeist NXT Tour) when everywhere was soft, but recently I have just stuck with Pro V1x's as they perform so well.

Lucky not to loose too many so worth the money.

Bridgeston e6 or Srixon ad333 are my balls of choice.
I usually buy used (pearl) off eBay.
Premium balls are a waste of money at my level IMO.

Like Smiffy, I'm using the Bridgestone 330rxs at the moment as I bought on the same deal. I've used them before and liked them, but this time round they don't seem to behave so well for me. They weren't flying so far, and are not really stopping on our small, firm and fast greens. I'm likely to switch back to Taylormade Project(a) or Chromesofts when they are gone, or maybe give the Wilson DX3 Urethane a try. Which one will most likely be driven by deals at the time. I find that both the Project (a) and Chromesoft fly well off the driver, check well into the green, and feel good off the irons and putter. The Wilson DX3 Soft is also good but I haven't played the urethane version yet. I like a ProV too, but only pick ups as I don't like their price....

can't justify losing premium balls! Usually play the AD333 or Srixon soft feel, can be had cheap and pretty good balls

Yep, pro v's for me. Tend to scour eBay for good deals, however any premium balls for me. Currently have the TM tp x that I got for £20 a dozen.
Clubhouse are still doing Callaway hex black for 17.99 a dozen. It's a 5 piece that was Els's choice when they were new a few years back....

Chromesoft at present. Like a softer ball and find they spin well. Im going to try the new DX3 Urethane as ive heard some good reviews.

I generally flick between AD333s and DT Solos....not sure I can tell the difference between balls at my level to be honest, so I can't justify the price tag of Pro Vs and the like.

My favorite is the pink Callaway Solaire, but I play everything else as well, as long as it does not feel super hard off the face, I don't like that.
