What's the difference.........

Drogba's dirty cheating antics prosper tonight, it's pathetic just like their scripted plastic flags.

Chelsea are Mllwall with money.

Wait for the away leg then you will see some cheating, I don't mean from Drogba either!! I agree he is a cheat by the way but he is not the only culprit every team has one nowadays. See you are from Liverpool. Do you follow the Reds or Blues or neither? If you do then I give you Suarez for Liverpool as being equally as bad as Drog and Jelavic from Everton looks to be on a par the bit I have seen of him. Young at Man Utd the list goes on.

Its the culture of footall now and its all down to fifa and the fa for change the rules re tackling and turning this game into a non contact sport.

Suarez is nowhere as bad as Drogba.

I can't recall a game this season where the commentators have praised a player for cheating as itv have just done.

Don't forget this is the same fella who admitted on match of the day that he dives.

I have been shouting at the screen telling him to get up.

Me too...............and I'm a Chelsea fan! Seen the best and worst of Drogba tonight - still, delighted with the result. Still expecting us to get hammered in the Camp Nou though, but if we get a goal, you never know.....!

Not condoning it at all but all I am saying is that there are loads of others that are as bad and it was all part of the plan tonight I reckon to disrupt the play and slow the game down etc and it seems to have worked

Will always support a British club in Europe (England over the Scots if they meet of course) and so hope Chelseas can do it. Sadly I think Barca have another couple of gears to go through and my prediction is 3-0 in Spain

Very annoying to see Drogba rolling around on the floor time and time again. I thought he had bucked his ideas up recently but I guess Im wrong.

Seems to me like the diving/rolling around/panty bunching happens more in the champions league than it does in the premier league. The refs in the premier league tend to move these hypochondriacs on a bit quicker than their continental counterparts.

No-one is worse than Drogba, he is in a league of his own. I wouldn't even put Robben or Ronaldo in with him, which is saying something.

Classless man at a classles club, they deserve each other.

Certainly does. Give it until the weekends matches are over and they will be back!!

Nar, will always hate a team that can't keep quiet during a minute's silence. Every club has a few di**heads that try to spoil it. However, a sizeable minority in your case.

Well done Spurs and Everton fans, BTW.

Not a Chelsea supporter by the way. And yes I agree it was in bad taste but they are not the first to disrupt a minutes silence and they will not be the last. Leeds, Man Utd, Celtic, Liverpool, Arsenal and loads more have all been guilty during past tribute/memories.

I agree, as I said everyone has them, including my team.

I've never seen a minute's silence spolit so much by so many, in what was obviously a concerted effort though.

Even 99.5% of Man U fans have respected Hillsborough silences before.

Sorry, about tarring you with the wrong brush.

Solid win, fair play to them - I didn't see much of the game, I was watching between sets at the gym on the TV screens on the bikes.

Unfortunately for Chelsea, I don't think a 1-0 lead will not be big enough and I really can't see them surviving Camp Nou.

Stranger things have happened though and they will have truly earned their place in the final if they can do the impossible.

No problem at all. Like you say every club has it's morons even my team Chesterfield but we don't have many as our gates are normally only around 6500;)

Name rings a bell. Back in Souness era I think? I take it he wasn't very good then

Yes, that's the one. We were 3 down to Chesterfield (from memory) at Anfield, then he came on and scored 3. I think you beat us, or we beat you 4-3 on the night. The 2nd leg was at your gaff, which we won.

You played us off the park that night at Anfield.

I nearly crashed on snake pass coming over (probably still in shock).

It was 4-4 matey. Remember it well. Dave Lancaster scored 2 for us and Steve Norris got 2 as well. Lancaster was rubbish how he got 2 against you I will never know, Norris however was a deadly lower league striker, best forward I have seen at CFC until Kevin Davies and Jack Lester arrived on the scene. Snake pass is a deadly road isn't it any sign of bad weather and avoid like the plague. Your lot won 4-1 in the replay at Saltergate with a certain Ian Rush being amongst the scorers as well as a young Jamie Redknapp, seeing Redknapp on the pitch was a collectors item as well:)
