1 - slow down the take away
2 - straighten the left arm
3 - keep the right knee flexed
4 - dropping the hands at the start of the down swing (rather than swinging with the shoulders)
5 - transfer the weight to the left side
For me the main one is point 4 as I've tended to start my down swing by trying to hit the ball by turning my shoulders............ out to in........ fade/slice
