What is the toughest accent to learn/understand?

Black country (it's not Brummie) can be very difficult.

Either them Asian folk who cannot pronounce my name and are all called Clive, when trying to get me to buy summat over the phone. Or a jock.

I have always had problems understanding cockney. [Except when Dick van Dyke speaks it]

Edinburgh has to be the classiest UK accent.
I love the mid west England, Amps/Dorset/Glos as spoken by the locals and not the grockles.

Taff Jock is not an accent there must be about 10 different Scots dialects.

Only place I really struggle is in a place called Turriff north west of Aberdeen, can't grasp much at times, specially from the old fella who works there. Yet Elgin an hour up the road I'm fine.
