What Causes a slice?

Sorry mate i forgot about that. Nope sorry i dont play but please do tell anyway.

Imagine you kick a ball with the outside of your foot, that will make it spin to the right.



Kick it with the inside of your foot and it will spin to the left



Imagine you are swinging the club in the direction of the yellow line and that should stop the slice

I find I slice real bad when I try and hit the ball

Me too, so after a while I worked out my problem was me trying to hit it. So now I just stare at the ball and after a few minutes it usually goes straight ish towards the hole. Sorted.

Pmpl I just read that back to self it sounds silly

What I meant was, when I really put effort in to hit the ball :rofl:
