What adaptions do pros make when they teach a swing?

If, I as a 6 foot three Adonis of physical perfection came to you to learn golf, and I brought with me my slightly shorter, fatter, (ok, much fatter) brother, how would you adapt our swings to our physical condition? Or do you teach the exact same swing to every Tom, Dick and Harry?

One for Bob, but I would guess that your brother would swing the club a bit flatter than you!

There's too many variables to give you a simple answer but I dont teach every Tom Dick and Harry the same swing.
