What a great piece?

Just been reading the Tom Watson section in this months magazine.What a good read,i love these sort of things.People talking about how they started,how they were taught etc.Loved the bit about risk and reward.Also how Tom believes it all stems from the grip.Great piece Guys keep up the good work,beats all that advertizing,your thoughts?

One of the best GM articles for a while and a great read. He makes everything seem so straightforward and I guess it's just a numpty like me that makes the stupid game as hard as it is

Totally agree, a great article. Tom is my all time favourite player along with Seve. He has the game in his soul. The last paragraph was brilliant.

Yeah i got it the other week and it is deffintley worth buying, he keeps the tips and lessons really simple and dosen't over complicate things.

Tom just has such a lovely simple swing. He still swings it like a 25 year old. In fact he swings it better now than he did when he was 25. Followed him round at the Senior Open in 2009 and tee to green he was brilliant. Quality of ball striking and control was awesome. The man is a legend.
