What a great 12 holes

Went out with my 14 year old tonight for a few holes. He hasn't played for a year, and his junior clubs looked a bit too small. So grabbed him an old full size 7 and 9 iron to try. What a revelation! I gave him two shots a hole and he walloped me! On one 405 yard par 4 he hit three 7 irons to the green and calmly two putted.

Now he can't wait to get out again, but I will be re-evaluating the shot difference! I've never been so pleased to be beaten before.

Love it. I played with an older member not long ago who matched me on each Par4 where I hit Driver and wedge. He hit 2 x long irons & two putted them all
