Last week 16st 3lbs
This week 16st 2lbs

1lb off, ok with that, as the kids have been off we have had a couple of take aways, we still have plenty of eggs left from Easter, so another tough week ahead ;)

well done john, i got weighed fri morn as was in lincoln all weekend on a jolly so drank and ate for to much ,all you can eat breakfasts i just dont no when to stop

fri morn 17st 10lb lowest been in a few years (started 19st 10lb)

today was 18st 3lb but i no it will come straight back off when i get on that bike this week

target next monday 17st 7lb

Whilst I'm not on a diet or ever weigh myself I have kept up the 100 Push Up Challenge mentioned in the inaugural thread. It's getting tough!

3 sessions a week and currently that means over 200 each time. Split into 6 or 8 sets with 45 seconds rest between them and the last set is to failure. Aim is 100 without rest and last exhaustion test was 90 so I'm close. It's getting hard to commit to 3 times a week though as it hurts so last few weeks have only managed 2 sessions - this week WILL be different.
 
Still hanging in here. But as with weeks before it just wont move. Its only dropped 1lb in 6-7 weeks. I need to join a gym, but things lately have changed at work and I just cant commit the time yet. Hopefully within the next month or so. Still lost 2st since I started so I'm happy but still have a good few stone to shift.

im still here
started at 16.5 now 15.3 1/2
but will admit i dont do gyms so its all just cutting out fizzy juice and snacks
even bought one of they ab trainer machines (but only used it 3 times )
