Were to watch the Ryder Cup

Just tried getting BT Vision + sky sports 1 package had to change broadband provider and my provider said it would take 5 days for them to give me my Mac code which BT would need before i could change.

How come it takes 5 days to get a Mac code which is on a computer somewhere,surely they could e-mail this in 5 minutes

Annoyed as this will be to late to get Ryder Cup as it also takes 5 days for them to send a new box.

good point, i only want sky sports 1 in now then for one month.. bet they be looking to sign you for 6 months at a time or something lol

A mate of mine rang Sky yesterday and ordered Sky Sports for the Ryder Cup and was told that there was no minimum time limit to have the upgrade but he would need to give 31 days notice to cancel, so he did on the same phone call.

Any idea how much he paid ?

Playing Friday morning so hopefully back in time to see the end of the fourballs and plan to stay in the bar for the foursomes. Early start next Saturday to do the same thing and going nowhere at all on Sunday other than the front room with HID bringing copious amounts of tea in during the day

We also have a comp on friday morning, wee 9 holer, going to play that, maybe play the back 9 too, will get in for the afternoon matches, possibly catch the end of the morning session, but depends on speed of play, then lunch and beer in members bar!

Day off and I will be up,showered and having a bacon roll by the time 7am comes and I don't suppose my arse will leave the sofa all day apart from the odd cuppa!

Saturday is an all day boys Ryder Cup jolly to Edinburgh for a day on the ales while watching it and Sunday spent nursing myself on the sofa again!
