So, as I am now furloughed theres less money coming in and thus what food we have has to go further.
As a result and mixed in with some turbo training, my weight has started to reduce (and about time).

So far I have lost 7lb.
How about you?

As recorded elsewhere, mine has gone up by 4lb .
A couple of years ago I suffered an unpleasant infection which led to me not eating for a week. I lost more than a stone (but my temperature and immune system were going nuts at the same time, so probably wouldn't achieve the same under normal conditions).

I've lost about 7lbs..mainly because I'm eating less and it's harder to stop off at Tesco and get another sandwich and a bag of crisps...

I lost 2 and a 1/2 stone in the 10 weeks leading up to the lockdown.. I haven't lost anything since as the gyms all shut and I can't bring myself to exercise in the garden.. I really need to go out for a run...

I’ve been on a bit of a weight loss programme all year, upto mid March I’d lost 12kgs.

Had a couple of weeks of adjusting I home life now, the weight has held where it is but getting ready to have another push to lose at least another 3 as I want to be below 80kgs

I will not consider mine a loss until I know it is still off in a couple of weeks time.

My weight can vary by a much as 3lbs on a day to to day basis depending on the amount of fluid retention.
14.10 Tuesday 14.70 Wednesday. forgot to weigh myself this morning.

It is the usual thing I have noticed though I am walking more so there is an initial weight gain.

Eating more, drinking more, smoking more, walking less, no exercise, WFH trying to keep job alive... weight? Least of my worries ;)

Good on you guys that are losing some beef though, perfect opportunity if you can do it (y)

The threat of type2 entered my life early in the new year... Nursey read me the riot act and gave me three months to get my rear end in gear... Low carb diet then entered my life... Apart from the odd hiccup and one intended fall from the wagon which became a bit of a car crash ? I've stuck with it... Down from 113Kg to 98... Hoping to push on and get to 89Kg which is where I was, in my fittest years, (late twenties early thirties)...

Losing last year, recovering from a busted leg, has made getting back to some form of exercise difficult which hasn't helped... Anyway, it's been great seeing an old friend without needing a mirror ??...

I've lost 5lbs which puts me down to 72kg as simply living off smaller portions and not having as many of my usual snacks that I make for work and training. I'm literally working out twice a day though to stop the bored I either do a circuit or body weight stuff AM then run, yomp or cycle PM. If you go by the BMI scale I'm still classed as obese ?

But for me 72kg is to light, I like to float around 76kg for strength and energy levels.
