nice work mwj...my regime involved getting weighed fortnightly as often -1lb in one week transpired to -4lbs in a fortnight and boosted my confidence. well done.... steady away.
Well done, its a great felling when you see the weight drop off,( I'm now 4st better off but did take 10 months ) but just don't go mad and try to lose no more that 3-4lbs in a week.
