The boss has washed my OJ WPS jacket and used a conditioner 🤬, even though the label say not to.

Will this render the jacket non waterproof ( better to know now) and if it has affected it's properties, is there any way to reproof it ?

No way of knowing for sure, but it's likely to, yes.
You could try washing with NikWax reproofing liquid, but no guarantees.
Make sure you follow the instructions exactly, which includes removing and rinsing clean the liquid tray. You may also want to run the machine on a warm then cold quick wash to remove as much residue of conditioner as possible.

Wash it again with the Nikwax detergent. Cold. Dont use normal detergent. Then use the reproofer. Works well even without tumble dry.

There is stuff you can buy from Amazon and then tumble dry or iron dry

If she is doing the washing for you she should never use a normal washing powder or liquid they wash out any waterproofing.

Just rewash using liquid soap ( a lot cheaper than Nikwax Tech wash ) then reproof with Nikwax TX direct.

Available in other shops
I'm not in charge of the washing dept since I turned the whites pink 🤣

I use Nikwax detergent and wash in proofer(TX direct) for my waterproof/windproofs). I always air dry, never in the dryer.
Normal detergents and fabric conditioner have wetting agents to allow the water to get into the fabric to clean it. For normal clothes that’s fine, but for waterproof clothing it ruins the waterproof element.
A rewash in both of the above will restore any minor effect the conditioner has done.

The Nike Storm Fit has always been a good waterproof set, and doesn't cost the earth.

Too tumble dry or not to to tumble dry

Read the label on the jacket.

Some of my jackets recommend it as it tightens the threads.
Some of my jackets say do not.
You can use a warm iron instead of a tumble dryer to save yourself a trip to the other side of the tracks...

Assuming your jacket has a waterproof membrane, the conditioner will not have affected its' waterproofness. It will cause the fabric to wet out faster which restricts breathability.
As suggested above, wash with Tech Wash and reproof with Tx Direct from Nikwax.
