Looking for recommendations for waterproof trousers. I don’t really want to pay Galvin Green prices so any good cheaper options out there?

I have a pair of Benross trousers which are excellent. Fly zip, belt loops, good long zip at base of leg so you don’t snag your shoes, they are perfect imo.

I looked online at the AG site, no Galvin Greens on there so guess it's limited to what they have instore which isn't likely to be much now

I’ve got a pair of these, very happy with them. Much better than over-trousers

that's why I bought them as I couldn't be dealing with having to put another pair of trousers on. Plus with them being windproof and thermal they kept the cold out the other week at Princes and Royal Cinque Ports

I find places like go outdoors are good,they have all the good makes.You can get waterproof over trousers or waterproof ones which are lined.

I have never had a problem with them. Currently using Tourflex as my overtrousers.

Millets / Mountain Warehouse / Blacks when they've sales on for just trousers. Loads of quality WATERPROOF stuff to choose from and cheaper than buying golf stuff.

Another idea is to buy Nike Dri-Fit trousers, doing away with the need to wear waterproof trousers. They don't hold water so therefore stay dry! Bob's your Uncle !
