I ordered this from amazon and they sent the SLR500 version. I used it for one round before deciding my friends Bushnell was much better, as the furthest distance I managed to get with the snooper was 120 yards. Safe to say I got home and returned it and has now been replaced with a Bushnell Tour V2 which I cannot fault whatsoever.

You clearly had a faulty one. Mine is absolutely spot on. Great bit of kit.
