Vma tour

I've just registered thanks for the link.

It's not cheap but I'm quite tempted to do a couple of events, especially Swinley Forest and Remedy Oak

It does look like quite a good amateur tour, but at the same time the prices are quite high. I'm happy just playing at my home club with membership..

Maybe when I earn more money il sign up.

i looked at it last year but missed out on the venues i wanted, have booked a couple this year just deposit now and rest a month before, they were virtually full all last year. so worth keeping an eye on entries level if you are tempted

my boss plays on this

i'm tempted to go along to a few events this year, good opportunity to play on some decent courses

quite like to give birkdale a go

Have you actually joined the society and therefore the order of merit, or just signed up to a couple of events?

You don't need to join the society now, you can do so on the day when you pitch up at the event.

For popular venues, you should pay a deposit now before some of them sell out. Wentworth, Swinley, The Berkshire etc will be popular.

wow some of these prices are really toppy - £140 for 18 holes and dinner at the Oxfordshire? really? some nice tracks on there for ure but definitely cheaper ways of playing them if youre not trying to go for the order of merit

my gaffer gave it a try last year and played a 9 hole course in Bolton with nothing open after they finished not the glamorous courses he was thinking about when he paid his money.
