What a joke it is trying to communicate with a call centre in India. Im trying to watch tv anywhere at home on a laptop. I was using the same laptop 2 weeks ago to watch the same programme via the anywhere website.

Today i try, the site says it doesn't recognise my device, register device again. Still no joy, try to use explorer instead, again device not recognised. Stupid site only allows 2 devices and 1 change per month. What a load of c r a p.

Now been on to god knows who, on the 4th team in india and really struggling to get them to understand.

It worked 2 weeks ago on this laptop.
Today it will not work because:
a)the device is not recognised
b)i have re-registered the device just in case
c) I am only allowed one change per month so cannot try other browsers

Been on for over half an hour, surely if the call centre was over here the ease of communication would reduce the time of call, 1st call closure of issues and also give people over here jobs.

Virginmedia is getting worse and worse and more expensive. Time to aband0n ship soon I think

Ijn total I spent an hour and five minutes on the phone.

Eventually I asked them to delete a device for me and let me re-register it on Explorer browser. I specifically told them not to delete another device as it is at my Father In Laws so he can watch the sport through my account. What did the clever people at virgin do, go and delete the second device so now my father in law has to wait for me to go and rregister his pc so he has access to my sports package.

You wonder how these people keep their jobs when they just wont listen...........Probably cause they only get paid a couple of quid an hour. Maybe virgin and other companies should pay living wage UK rates no matter where their staff are based, At least that way they could justify employing UK based english speaking staff.
