How playable is it for a 'normal' golfer? When I'm watching it, it looks like it would be a right royal pain in the behind to struggle round.
Obviously, that might say more about my game than the course....

It's not is the honest answer. It's the toughest track I have ever played. It's brutal, fairways are too narrow, greens are too fast, it's simply penal.

Did I enjoy it though? Absolutely in a perverse way.

If the crew have flights booked and commitments in China before the WGC starts it would be quite tricky to switch.
I don't think anyone playing in Spain today is playing in China - I think Campillo is the only one and got dq'd - possibly on purpose so he wouldn't miss his flight.

Im not sure what would be stopping them ?

Today on Sky Sports Golf is - highlights of Sunday’s play ?!? And highlights of the Ladies Event then the Trilby Tour

But not the live golf
A case of cameramen flying to china and the ETP trucks (control room/production room, camera cherry pickers, high aerials etc) having to go to Turkey for the week after. Saw the trucks leaving on Monday morning as we ferried the players out to the course to complete R3.
