In the vid of USGA's homage to Ouimet and his clubs and ball, there's a section showing Bernard Darwin's signature as Marker.
I hadn't known that, though it's in his Hall of Fame story! That's my 'fact learnt for today' then! Shows how small the world really is too.

Good to see him follow Richie Ramsay as winner (all be it a few years later), hopefully big things for him. Looks like he'll remain amatuer till at least the masters. He'd be a fool not to.
