Trees are 80% space,

Oh, how I like this one. I reckon trees are more than 80% air, but a straight line through a tree is actually less than we'd imagine.

Think about it, put a tree in a box (like you were posting it and didn't want to bend any branches - pretty big box!?) and the amount of air is going to be impressive. Now, try and send a lazer through that box without hitting a branch or leaf...grim...not so easy.

I've had sleepless nights on this one.

You can hit a ball through a 2 foot gap between 2 trees despite the fact that you cannot hit one on to a 30 yard wide fairway or a 10 square yard green.

Anyone with a handicap above 10ish can tell the difference between premium and 'normal' golf balls.
Club golfers who's 'average' drives are 270+ yards.
Pitching wedges go 130+ yards.
Tiger Woods will win another major.

Harsh. I can tell the difference between a rock and a decent ball. Even if I have to wait till I'm on the green. :o :D
