Update to my previous post re faulty powakaddy

Great news today, got an email from assistant pro at my club.

Powakaddy have agreed to replace my faulty trolley with a new one etc. Hope this one is better quality or they will be getting it back, and I`ll be asking for full refund.

They weren't ever going to say no were they?

Powakaddy freeway II is the TOYOTA of golf trolleys.

My local range pro (good guy b.t.w.) has a lock-ups worth of freeway II's all returned to powakaddy. Powakaddy know there are issues and are dealing with it.

In fairness to everyone, I think powakaddy have dealt with it well if they are just giving new models to cutomers and selling re-con's on through the trade.

My mate's had his Freeway II about 4 months and it's having it's second visit back to Powakaddy as we speak!!!
His experiences and the reviews on AG's website are the reason i bought a Motocaddy instead.....happy days!
