Unsubscribing from email alerts to forum posts

Hi

I can't seem to find how to switch off my email alerts that I get when anyone responds to a topic I've posted in.

I've clicked on the unsubscribe list and checked my settings but can't find where to do it.

Please could you give me some instruction/advice on how to do it?

Try the Settings button, then about halfway down (subscription options).

Then remove current ones - from memory, n the 'Private Messages' area.
