I would like a top caddy and pro to come to my course and see what they could shoot with our dodgy fairways greens and bunkers. Then go to a top course and see what I could shoot with their help.

haha, thats a great idea. They have to turn up 5 mins before tee time though and be partnered with the slowest member of the club :p

For me it's a week in the shoes of a tour pro at a real top event (major, WGC or even the Ryder Cup).

Attend pre and post tournament dinners, presentations etc

Play the practice rounds and pro am with some of the top pros

Unlimited behind the ropes access at the event, tour trucks, caddie and player areas etc

Equipment for free all be it superb to get IMO is materialistic, you can get a fit anywhere and pay the rate for it but you cannot buy the above experience for any money.

I like the sound of this. Doesn't even have to be major and I would be happy with French Open, Dutch Open etc. Any tour event would do

Another one for a PYB kind of thing, not really about the free clubs and fitting as I've had that and have a great bag of sticks, but more about lessons with a top coach.. In summary:

1) Access to a top 25 coach for the term of the PYB challenge, so say 6 months.. 6 x hour or more lessons/on course lessons
2) 6 month supply of premium balls
3) Full clothing/outfit change
4) Day with a tour pro
5) PYB final day at Wentworth in a Pro-Am for BMW PGA with a top caddy on your bag playing alongside a tour pro.

And somewhere along the way, a day at GM towers!

How about convincing my wife to play, teach her to play, get her to a single figure handicap?

I was watching the masters and said to her "do you know what's amazing about golf ? " she replied "nothing!" Between her and my mum the pair of them need to be sorted out and to understand that shopping is not a hobby or recreational pastime ! :sbox:

I fear Paula, Sandra Gal and Munoz would never agree to it!

Best to keep it in my head as I've already had one holiday!

A crash course (few days maybe) with a top coach including swing lessons, short game and putting lessons then ending with a round of golf somewhere nice to go over course management.

A 2 day break spent being kitted out with the correct clubs & plenty of trackman time followed by some coaching before a round with the pro/coach for some fine tuning and course management help, oh, and then a beer and a chat.
But not until July at the earliest.
It doesn't even have to be anywhere particularly swanky either, but that would be a nice little bonus.
I can supply my holiday dates if that helps .

A round with one of the worlds top 10 would be amazing.
I don't care which course, which pro but it would be superb whoever it was with.
