Because when I replied to the post it was just about Tyson and I don't know anything about the actions of the other boxers but it doesn't matter what other boxers have done it doesn't justify or excuse actions of Tyson Fury

Very true.

Boxing is a sport linked to the lower echelons of society, usually those who rise to the very top have deeply troubled backgrounds that they never escape. Mike Tyson is a classic example, read his autobiography it is genuinely sickening and shocking what he counted as normal behaviour as a child. Not that this excuses his actions however it does explain portions of his behaviour.

Tyson Fury is from a culture that 90% of people ,including myself do not understand or know. Does that excuse the things he says that we find inexcusable? No it doesnt but then in that culture it could be considered normal behaviour.

The one resounding issue I take from this is that not one person here has commented on the mental health aspect. It has been clear for years that Tyson has genuine issues and has repeatedly for a long time admitted this in interviews. The guy needs help not hatred aimed at him. There is a video on youtube I believe its with Kugan Cassius before one of the chisora fights where he details his life and talks openly about his depression, its quite a harrowing interview truth be told.

Why haven`t you done what you usually do in such situations? Google it.

Spot on. Easy to judge when you don't know all the details and don't follow the sport to closely.

There are a lot of people who go through hard stages in their lives , Fury ended up in a very privileged position by being given a lot of money to play his chosen sport - did he seek any help for his issues ? Or did he continue to posts disgraceful disgusting comments towards other people all other his social media timeline and in press conferences - it maybe considered normal in his environment but he left that a long time now and he is the public domain and must act appropriately

If he has issues then be a bigger man and seek help - don't hide behind them , even today he continues to embaresses himself - I have worked with hundreds of military guys with various mental problems after seeing horrendous things - they all didn't hide behind problems

Tyson Fury is a homophobic sexist bigot and has done nothing to change that - when he steps up and acts like a man and tries to change that then people may start to show him some sympathy - but I expect most of the general public will just laugh at him now

You do not play Boxing, this sport isnt rugby or football.

Tyson Fury is actually quite eloquent when he wants to be. You are judging an individual based on a few selected videos thrown into the public arena specifically designed to portray him in the light media has decided to show you. I mentioned Furys battles with mental health and the several interviews he has done speaking of his problems, I fail to see where that is hiding.
