Are you suggesting they weren't ?Its part of history and current affairs - shouldnt children be told about all different cultures in the world ?

Are you suggesting they weren't ?
I dont believe i am suggesting that ?
Do we have any substance to back up the "Not given top grades due to school with all white children" remark yet ?
I read the Telegraph. Not sure if that is a newspaper that has fair representation of the facts for you, I guess you will et me know though as you seem to be an authority on the subject.
Here is the article that I refer to, again you can decide for yourself if it has substance that satisfies your own moral high ground.

Not got anything to back that up but whilst a governor at the local college here in N Devon, the OFSTED inspectors did make a negative comment about the very low number of black and ethnic students attending the college. The fact that only a very low number of black and ethnics even lived in the area didn't seem to cut it with the dear chap.I dont believe i am suggesting that ?

So where in the article does it state that a school wasnt given the top grade because there were just white children at the school ?
Did you not take in the following part of the article?
Once they do that, parents have been told, Payhembury Primary’s Ofsted rating could be upgraded from good to outstanding. The head teacher said that gaining a better understanding of multicultural Britain “was identified in our last Ofsted as being an area for developmentâ€.
Maybe the school doesnt have a good understanding about multi cultural Britain ( which again isnt dependant on anyones skin colour ) . Britain is a multicultural society - in fact the world is - so if schools arent giving kids a good understanding of the various cultures ( not various skin colours ) and the way various people live in the world and how we are all integrating with one another and being tolerant of peoples culture and belief then maybe they should address that to allow the children to grow up more tolerant with each other.
but your headline or quote you posted was pretty much a joke and just highlighted peoples skin colour and nothing else.
What about the reported phrase 'White prostitutes'?..Is this teaching multi-culturalism?
You'd make someone a good wife, coz they are always right..You really can't see a connection in those 2 words being used by a 'teacher' in one of the investigated schoolsAnd what context is the phrase "White prostitute" being used - to describe someone who is white and is a prostitute perhaps ?
This is the initial quote
I see OFSTED have not given a top grade to a school in rural Devon due to the children all being white English.
As yet i have seen nothing in any article to suggest that a school was judged on the skin colour of the children at the school.
I did indeed - but again it doesnt really fullfill your headline.

I have to agree with Phil. That doesn't show that the grading was lower due to there being all white children. Nowhere in the article does it say that. I'm sure there are numerous schools across the country with outstanding ratings that have no or a very small minority of non white pupils.
Read the following extract from the article!
"How else can we otherwise explain the extraordinary story reported at the weekend from Payhembury, a village in Devon whose population is, unsurprisingly, almost entirely white?
Children at the local primary school are to be taken to London for a two-day mini-break so that they can see people who don’t look like them."
Do you still think the article does not infer the children are white?
