We all made trade offs every day - stuff like clean my own car or spend a fiver at the car wash. Latter saves times but costs money.

So, with golf in mind what trade offs would you be prepared to make in and for your game?

Would you knock 20 yards off your drives to have them go straighter? Or to putt better? Would you sleep an hour less every day and feel tired so you could spend more time at the range honing your skills?

Would you swap a 2 week luxury holiday to play the old course at St Andrews?

I'd quite happily hit the ball straighter for less distance per club, I'm happy with my putting and love my sleep. Give my the luxury holiday every time!

Does that make me a fair weather golfer?!? What about you?

I'd swap a good social round for a handicap cut right now but overall very happy with my golfing lot. I can play and practice when I like, have a decent club (apart from several greens now) and get to play other courses when cash allows. Happy days

I'd swap all my shots out the toe for pured iron shots :D

Seriously though, I'd swap distance for accuracy with my irons. 10 yards distance loss for 10 feet accuracy improvement would be lovely :D
