took up golf to avoid injury!!

yesterday played in a stableford comp, and my right ankle is in agony feels like it did when i had my cast off after breaking it playing rugby!!

i thought if i'd hurt anything it'd be my back or somthing! was gunna go out and play again today but will only make my ankle worse

I did the same thing, quit rugby and took up golf...

Currently cannot golf due to ten pin bowling injury

If it was an existing injury then best to get it checked as it sounds as if there is still issues

broken leg was 4yrs ago and had 3 seasons of rugby on it

i think i know where and how ive hurt it, on my swing follow through, the point where your right foot pivots onto the toe

feels a fair bit better after last nights kip, hoping it continues this way, test driving new drivers on tuesday! i need my fix!!!
