Too hot for golf in the UK!

It was hot but it's been hotter
We were out at 8.15 - glorious....

I went out at 7 and played 10 holes before work. It was fabulous :thup: long may it continue

Nonsense, it can never be too hot to play golf. I went for a 4 mile run yesterday (but then I'm odd like that)

I never thought I would say this, but today was absolutely 'scorchio' in Southern England and really too hot to play golf. I came off the course after 18 holes bathed in perspiration and feeling absolutely knackered, and I wasn't the only one. Also, for the first time ever, I was using my umbrella as a sunshade. Usually we complain about the cold in the UK! 😅

Pleasant 18c and bright up here, you can keep your 30 degrees ta very much - Nice by a swimming pool or beach but not on a golf course...........unless you're buggying. 'Golfers arse' will be everywhere......where's the savlon!!
