As these tees are claimed to give you straighter drives, surely that means they affect the flight of the ball (unduly influence the movement of the ball) and therefore must be non conforming?

I agree that it is BS but my question is how can they claim they make you hit it straighter but still claim they conform? Both things can’t be true at the same time.

Obviously, the Ruling Bodies, by their approval, have determined that there is no impact on "straightness", but it doesn't stop the company from making that claim!

Why have something else that players will faff with to get "lined up" and take longer. Put the tee in the ground,put the ball on it and give it a whack

They don't actually claim that you'll hit it straighter, they just use fuzzy words that the dumb golfer will lap up and so rush out to buy.
