Just to add the mark on the toe was done today and resulted in me getting a 7 on the first a par 5 :-( after a great drive left me 230ish to the green!!!

I think it's pretty normal.

My RBZ has some marks from range balls. When playing on the course I haven't noticed it getting marked up but as soon you hit grubby range balls I see the marks again. Probably fine grit/sand causing it.

Yeah my crown is perfect im just not impressed by the ease in which TM clubs seem to scratch and mark, my burner 2.0's mark quite easy too.

Looking at the pic I only need to shank it and it will be complete :-) Think im standing to far away alos judging by the strike marks but in all honesty it can really fly when I catch it right but my confidence with it is shot at the moment :-( think it may be because im so concerned about what its going to look like after the shot ie any new scratches or marks!!!

Hmmm...

Thin coat of paint travelling say 80 - 100 mph hitting a solid object that may have a bit of soil and grit on it ....

What do you expect? :mmm:

A slightly more flattering centre marking? :D
My Superfast 2.0 had a mark similar from a slightly a few grains of sand being on the ball.

Hang on how has asking a simple question turned into lets take the piss out of where he has struck the golf ball with his golf club??? I mean really ive been playing for under a year I had a practice 9 yesterday and went round in 44 with two 7's on the card one after toeing the hybrid am I really doing that bad id like to see how good I am when ive been playing as long as some of you guys.

I bet there are so many people who would like to ask questions but are afraid of being humiliated on here by the small amount of c***s who try to impress everybody with smart, sarcastic answers.

Anyway thanks for the helpful replys everybody else

I have never been a fan on the white clubs and this is another nail in the coffin for me.
Not a white club issue, it's the face not the white painted crown.

Same things happen with silver faces too, maybe not as noticeable. To be fair, it impacts the ball why would expect it to be pristine after doing that?
