I'll stick to the couch thanks. Cuppa tea up and down is my idea of weight lifting, stretch when I need to put it on the floor!
 
One step at a time mate. I've not had a biscuit or chocolate in 3 days now I'll have you know!

Need to ease myself into this so my body doesn't go into shock.
