It's only got 2 dividers so i wouldn't suggest putting a full set in it. Most i've ever put in mine is 7 clubs and it's comfortable to carry with that many. Has sufficient room for a set of waterproofs, couple of bottles of drink & a dozen balls if you need them.
Can't really go wrong for £35 if you need a bag for a quick knock but, like i say,i wouldn't advise putting 14 clubs in it.
Good bag and very useful. I use mine on sunny days and when playing with HID, I ordered mine from my local pro who charged a little more but the bag is well made and practical. I have used a full set in it with ease, in fact I havent taken a half set out with it.
What is the advantage of a pencil bag over a lightweight stand bag?
Every time I pick up an empty pencil bag, they don't really seem any lighter than a normal golf bag (they both weigh next to nothing).
The weight is in what you put in it, and by the time you put in a waterproof jacket, a drink and a brolly, I can't see the point.
I use one when I go on holiday as it can fold up to next to nothing - the clubs then are easier to pack into the car without a bulky carry bag taking up too much space. The x90 is great as it has double straps, can easily fit a full set, and has plenty of pockets including a fur-lined valuables pocket...great for the mobile
I have a normal stand bag for most of the year, but it really feels like summer when the x90 comes out.
