titleist velocity review anyone use them, i was thinking of buying some in my pro shop they are 20 pounds for 15. just wondering what they are like, if they are like the dt solo i will be leaving them where they are

I usually play with Srixon Soft and pro shop had none left couple of saturdays ago so bought a two three packs of these which I have used over last few weeks and really like. May well invest in some more.

The go miles but are almost impossible to stop on the green within a reasonable distance.

Found one on the course and quite liked it for the 15 holes it lasted before I slammed it OOB.
A little harder off the driver, but I don't mind that, felt nice off the longer irons and had plenty of spin on short irons and wedges.
I didn't suffer with as much side spin as I do with the pro V1s and it was only hitting it off the toe that lost me the ball.
£20 for 15 is pretty good, I might have to have a look at investing in a box to see how they go.

Not a fan , mainly titleist in the bag , cant take to the velocity

Was given a sleeve of TM Lethals the other day , nicer than i expected .. not sure of price

Also not a fan felt like a rock to me if your going for a good Titleist ball other than the pro V 1 then NXT Tour are the ones for me.

I agree. I really didn't like the velocity. NXT Tour a better ball for me.
