I have been saving for sometime now and am planning in the second half of the year to get a new full set of clubs (excluding wedges). I have always wanted to get a set of Titleist so I am now starting to look into it.
I have only ever been custom fit for my current set of Cobra Amp Cell Irons and never for any of my hybrids, woods, driver or putter.

Do Titleist offer a full custom fit service where I can get fitted for everything?

Has anybody ever done anything similar?

I am aware that there is a cost involved which is fine and I happy to go over to St Neots.

Thanks in advance

I had my full set done at the same time at St. Ives. If it helps, here's the review I did at the time...

It was a great experience, although if you can I would try to have a break between the woods and irons as I was pretty tired after hitting the woods for an hour or so.

Thanks for that, What was the cost involved?

Do you book it with Titleist direct?

Do you purchase directly from Titleist?

I've been fitted recently for woods (2hr session at Titleist - Kingsacre) and irons in 2012 (1hr session). No extra cost for fitting - both fitting booking and order were made through my local pro. Got D, F, H and 3-P, all including upgraded grips (no charge) for quite a bit less than the RRP. Even got a couple of free lessons with my pro to make sure I was getting on fine with them.

Book through your pro or any affiliated Titleist dealer. TBH, I don't remember how much the fitting was as Mrs H booked it, it wasn't a ridiculous amount of money though. Once you've had the fitting and got the specs you can buy from wherever you like, but not direct from Titleist.

the fitting cost was £35/hr but this was charged to my pro - not me - and it was not added to my bill (though i would have offered to pay it had i decided not to order the clubs).

I was one of the lucky ones to be picked for a free Titleist fitting (also at Kingsacre) it was an amazing experience the amount you will learn about your ball striking alone is amazing.. i never had a fitting before so didnt know what to expect , and to be honest i always wondered about custom fits ..

i now couldnt recommend it enough to anyone ..

Sounds awesome mate, let me know how you go

How are you guys getting on with your Titleists?

so far so good mate , wont know til the qualifying comps come back , 18 hole competitions will quickly find out if they the job or not ha , maybe il have to blame the workman if the tools are the right ones ..

If handicap goes up its the clubs fault , if the handicap comes down it will be all down to me :D

I did a 2 session affair in late summer, irons one day woods the other - too hard to do all at once. it was at large approved supplier with outdoor range and flightscope. Cost of sessions taken off purchase price. Couple of Pro tips into the bargain.

I'm considering booking a fitting here myself, will be interested to hear how it goes.

In your experience guys how much improvement do you think I will get on what is in my bag?
It all depend on how well you hit your irons and if you think they are holding you back.

Personally for me, I've had a niggling feeling for some time the shafts where not stiff enough or long enough. I came away with a stiffer shaft and a longer club. (Without me hinting toward this during the fitting).
