'tis the season ... to say THANK YOU to GM

Merry xmas to all folk on here and respective golf widows/widowers and hopefully we will all have a very prosperous new year (handicap and prize wise of course!!)
Being a member of several random forums (car, local and computery types) and seeing how people come and go, I can see this forum growing and becoming a lot more popular simply because the guys on here are a bunch of normal folk who enjoy a sport. With car forums you sometimes get the fanatics who are ott and spoil a forum then sod off gfor everyone else to pick up the pieces,, I just cant see that happening here.
So mike et al, Go get yourselves a drink and give yourselves a slap on the back.

Merry Christmas to one and all. Thanks for the insights and help and more importantly thank you for all the laughter. My thanks to GM for letting me write my blog earlier in the year (chapter 2 on the horizon) and for hosting this great forum.

To everyone who has offered me a game I look forward to meeting with you in 2008 (be gentle with the wagers I am only a poorly paid NHS employee). I look forward to meeting up at the golfing weekend and taking my duly elected position on the GM forum committee.

Well lads and lassies, the laptop is getting put by now until after Christmas and I just wanted to wish you ALL a very Merry Christmas and I hope NOBODY gets a golf ball soap on a rope or anything else that a real golfer CAN'T and WON'T use on the course.
