Big deal, he's withdrawn. There are better still on the course worth watching.
I think you have to question the fragility of his body now. He had supposedly come into this season `00% fit and ready to go. Golfing wise there were signs he could have been peaking at the right time for Augusta but now you have to question if he'll be there and what condition.
I am no great Tiger fan but as a golfer admire what he has done. There is no denying he has lifted the standard of the modern game and made golf a lot more accessible to younger kids which has to be a good thing. He's managed to win the odd pot or two on the way as well

Cant disagree with much here. As a person I cant stand the bloke as I think his attitude towards fans and people in general is shocking and he is also a big head which is something else I hate. However as a Golfer there is nobody that has been better and probably never will must cast doubt on him again this now to get another injury so soon into the season.
Didn't Sandy Lyle get crucified a couple of years back for walking off " injured " while having a bit of a 'mare.

I wouldnt be too quick to say hes done etc, it could well be a hamstring strain or a new injury, theres plenty of people who have had an injury after being fit. It happens so I would wait until he comes out and says what it is he has done for starting the finished rumours, he was about par today if I remember rightly so not exactly having a mare or anything.

He's broke down to many times for my liking and as you say he was not playing bad today but then the next minute hes in the Merc down the highway and out of a WGC event which is not quite the same as a monthly medal

Feeling a bit bitter perhaps? Has it occurred to you he might be playing crap because he is actually injured? Some times it is easier to believe the facts, than some crazy conspiracy theory. But that might be just me.

I am normally a bit sceptical in these situations but in this instance I think it will be genuine as he will want to get a much tournament play in before the Masters. So cant see him jacking in with only 6 holes left unless injured.
