Yes I think even with ABS it leaves intermittent marks where the wheels lock and unlock .But would there be when the car would have had ABS?

Yes because ABS works on the basis of repeatedly applying and releasing the brakes alternately. But would there be when the car would have had ABS?
Are they the ones insurance companies insist young drivers have these days? Measures speeds, acceleration, braking etc?It was mentioned on This Morning today that there was a black box in the car so that might show more information.
Never heard of a black box in a car before though.

It depends what speed you are going at and the road you are on. I had an xc60 for 3 years, a Yeti for 2 years earlier, and never once did either feel unstable. I'm sure if you push them hard enough on the wrong road they might but you would have to really push them in a way that would mean questions should be asked. Woods will have driven this type of car for years, SUV'S are default for wealthy Americans, so I'm not sure that one stands up.Is it not just a case of SUVs being inherently unstable?
He was late for a meeting so if there was a distraction it’s likely as simple as him using a mobile phone.

Each State has its own laws!Last time I was in the states, using a hand held was still legal. It might be different now.
He couldn't drive an S Class, couldn't drive an SUV..........Every time I have driven an SUV I have thought they were ridiculously unstable. Same for when I follow one through the lanes, they either wobble about, or are driven so slowly they are a road block.
Tiger Was driving his S class last time he crashed.

He's worth more than enough money. If he can't be bothered to have a professional driver in his employ that's his problem.
He's got enough money to afford a driver. He couldn't drive an S Class, couldn't drive an SUV..........
...wouldn't say it's his fault just because he doesn't employ a driver.
