Entered a charity raffle a woman at work was selling tickets for - as you do!

£5 for 5 tickets and I won a £100 Luke 1977 voucher! Wayhay!

Couple new jumpers ordered and on the way!

This, I had both our kids (2.5yr old girl and a 9 month old lad) for a full weekend the other week whilst the good lady had a well deserved trip down to London with her pals.

Unlike yours, both kids were absolutely good as gold and we had a great weekend together - so much so that I was thinking to myself "I don't know why she's always so tired this is an absolute breeze".

As soon as she got home we got the kids bathed and ready for bed together - the adrenaline or whatever i was running on wore off and I ended up falling asleep before the 2yr old at about 6:45pm and slept fully clothed until 7am the next day 😂. Its just exhausting!

I had my son with me for most of Sunday afternoon and I fell asleep by 7pm!

Worse thing is that he's 40 years old 😉

I'm only 30, is that old? :ROFLMAO:

I've gone with jumpers that are pretty neutral, a lot of the stuff they sell is far too extra for me but there's a few pieces that are acceptable attire.
Yep, past it.
Soon, slippers will be your favourite footwear and then you will find yourself using a phrase like, "the youth of today."

Despite yesterday having to make a 9hr pround trip to Liverpool (Speke actually) I just got back in time for the community choir Christmas Songs and Carols concert I was in - not that my basso warbling would have been that missed. Lovely singing in a SATB choir of about 70 to a packed audience.

Now really looking forward to my church’s Carols by Candlelight on Sunday afternoon. Every year this really brings the coming of Christmas alive for me - and given we get many families and others from the community coming along for it who are not (regular or even occasional) church goers it clearly has wider audience, which is lovely.

Done my 2 days of Christmas concerts which have been shall we say ... Interesting 🤔 lol

But I'm so proud of the eldest twin. The nursery have had their work cut out with her compared to her sister. She also clings to her sister and won't do anything without her. However today youngest twin was feeling ill so spent to concert in my wife's arms but eldest stayed up there and "sang" (more moved a bit but I'll take it) all by herself. Bless her
