I'm trying to remember the last time I had scones but I think I'm with you. Smooth the cream across the scone, then one spoonful of jam plonked on top in the middle. Right?But jam is slippery and surely the cream slides right off?! Anyway, it was delicious and BOGOF at the local garden centre so a win, win
