Pretty sad day the other day when the last operational flight of the Fat Albert finished for the RAF

Have had a few long journeys on them - into the gulf states was around 6/8 hours which was fun 😂 but was great being in one as the pilot threw it around valleys around Lake District and then short landing and take offs down south

Great plane

It’s going on a farewell tour

Me & Mrs B both have accounts so a payment each ... :)

Ours arrived this morning. Thought for a min they had missed the Mrs (she never got a letter) because only 1 share appeared in our joint account

But when I looked just below it my old current account that I never closed had the other share lol

On random irritations yesterday I complained about a blocked external drain, shredded my arm trying to clear it, stank no matter how many times i washed. This morning, water is flowing through it beautifully :D . I'm not going to retrain for Dynarod though

It's always good to have a back up incase

Had the hayfever injection on Friday, hardly a sneeze since and the pollen count is very high apparently. Need to remember to get it earlier next year.

The main road through the estate has needed resurfacing for almost a year now.
Full of holes and not nice to drive on.
The council are starting resurfacing on 26th June..Hooray...
Great news but somewhat tempered by the fact they're doing it overnight and it's going to be Hell on toast getting in and out of the estate for a week...
Can't have everything I suppose

Have to admit when I left for golf this morning and saw the council repairing a pot hole that's very close to ours ,that if you don't go round and catch full on is very bone crunching, I was overly delighted
